Return Policy

In the event you need to make a return, please contact us through our customer service email address prior to returning any product/order. Northstar Automotive has a 30 day return policy for unused items. The items must be received by our warehouse within these 30 days in saleable condition. Refusal of any package(s) must be done immediately upon receiving and may result in a partial refund due to shipping charges.


Accounts requesting to make a return or seeking a price adjustment must be current and in good standings with Northstar Automotive.  Any account with a past due balance will need to make the required payments before any credits are applied.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Form from Northstar Automotive. This may be obtained by contacting your sales representative or emailing us at:

Returns must be unused and in resalable condition to receive a full credit.  We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.


Return Procedure

After a Return has been authorized, a Return Authorization Form will be sent to you via email and must be attached to the package you wish to return. Please have all merchandise and any sales promotion(s) received from Northstar Automotive, sent to the address designated on the return authorization. Please clearly print the RA# on the outside of the package.

Special Orders and/or customized products cannot be returned.

Please note we will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.   In any and all other circumstances, shipping cost will not be refunded.

Unauthorized or Refused Returns

Packages without a Return Authorization Number may be refused by our warehouse and returned to the sender. Northstar Automotive will impose a 15% restock fee plus any applicable shipping and handling charges for refused shipments by the customer and un-authorized returns. Additional charges may apply if the merchandise is not returned in resalable condition and in the original packaging.
